Allegations a 3.5-year-old child was being cared for in the infant room. Ms. Yusuf and staff admitted during the inspection the preschool was being cared for in the infant room. Ms. Yussuf stated the consulting nurse advised her to transition the child to the age-appropriate classroom which she did.
